Launch commitments
Clarity before commitment.
Boundary Condition Inc. is early. This page records what exists today, what has not yet been decided, and what we intend to disclose before formal programs or paid engagements begin.
1. Current launch status
Boundary Condition Inc. is forming its initial founder programs, intake, and operating network. A limited Canadian market-entry service is secondary to that work. Interest is open. Formal cohort applications, fixed dates, pricing, selection decisions, and a public portfolio have not yet been announced.
2. Ownership, leadership, and governance
Boundary Condition Inc. is the operating company identified on this website. A complete public leadership and governance profile—including ownership, decision-makers, advisors, and relevant affiliations—has not yet been published. We commit to publishing sufficient information for applicants and partners to understand who controls program and commercial decisions before formal selection or paid delivery begins.
If a nonprofit society, investment entity, holding company, or other affiliate is later involved, we will identify:
- the legal entity responsible for each program, investment, contract, or grant-funded activity;
- governance and shared personnel or services;
- material transactions or referrals among related entities; and
- whether public-benefit funds, commercial revenue, and investment capital are kept appropriately distinct.
3. Company selection
Selection criteria and process have not yet been finalized. Before applications open for a specific cohort, we intend to publish the intended participant, company stage, evidence expected, problems the program addresses, time commitment, accessibility arrangements, selection steps, decision-makers, and how conflicts or prior relationships affect the process.
Submitting an interest form is not a formal application and creates no priority, entitlement, or promise of admission. We will not represent expressions of interest as selected or participating companies.
4. Program and engagement economics
Boundary Condition may eventually use participant fees, sponsorship, public-supported seats, equity, warrants, revenue sharing, success fees, or blended models. None of those possibilities is an announced term.
Before a participant commits, the relevant written terms should state:
- fees and payment timing;
- any equity, warrants, options, revenue share, success fee, or investment rights;
- services and deliverables included and excluded;
- program schedule and participant obligations;
- ownership of pre-existing and newly created intellectual property;
- confidentiality and information-sharing expectations;
- termination, withdrawal, refund, and post-program terms; and
- material sponsorship or public support connected to the seat.
5. Relationship categories
We will distinguish among companies receiving program support, companies in which Boundary Condition or an affiliate has invested, commercial clients, affiliated organizations, sponsors, professional providers, and community partners. One category will not be used to imply another. Publication will require an appropriate basis and, for company profiles, permission.
6. Conflicts of interest and referrals
Potential conflicts can arise when an organization selects companies, coordinates providers, makes introductions, supports fundraising, receives compensation, and may invest. Relevant interests should be surfaced early enough to affect a decision.
Our intended practice is to:
- record material ownership, advisory, family, commercial, referral, and investment interests relevant to a decision;
- disclose material conflicts to affected parties before a selection, referral, or transaction proceeds;
- use recusal or independent review where appropriate;
- avoid presenting paid referrals as neutral recommendations; and
- document affiliated transactions and use written agreements.
A more detailed conflict policy will be published before formal cohort selection.
7. Licensed and regulated professional services
Boundary Condition Inc. is an operating and coordinating partner, not a law, accounting, tax, immigration, investment, insurance, clinical, engineering, or other regulated professional firm unless a specific service is later provided by appropriately qualified people under a clearly identified structure.
Where professional advice is required, we coordinate introductions and project work with qualified third parties. The professional should identify their own scope, duty, fees, conflicts, and engagement terms. An introduction is not a guarantee of advice or outcome.
8. Applicant information
Application and inquiry information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We limit intake access, do not treat submission as permission for broad network circulation, do not add applicants to marketing without separate choice, and schedule website submissions for deletion after 24 months unless a substantive relationship creates a different documented need.
9. Inclusion, accessibility, and regional participation
We intend to reduce participation barriers through hybrid access, flexible scheduling, accessible materials, regional relationships, transparent selection, and travel support where resources permit. “Where resources permit” is deliberate: no travel funding or accommodation budget is currently announced.
Requests for accessibility support will not be used as evidence of lower company potential. Before each program opens, we will state which accommodations and participation supports are available and provide a private way to request others.
Work with Indigenous entrepreneurs, Nations, and economic-development organizations must be relationship-based and locally appropriate. This statement does not imply partnerships that do not yet exist.
10. Questions, concerns, and complaints
Questions about selection, fees, conflicts, referrals, conduct, accessibility, privacy, or claims on this site may be sent to hello@boundarycondition.ca. Please identify whether you want a response kept to a limited group and describe any time sensitivity.
A formal complaints and non-retaliation process will be published before program delivery begins. Privacy complaints follow the process in the Privacy Policy.
