Canadian talent in circulation
Canada has remarkable technical, scientific, commercial, investment, and operating talent. We match experienced people to concrete founder decisions so knowledge, customer access, and capital relationships earned in one company strengthen the next—including ventures emerging from rural, Indigenous, and underserved communities.
The question
Not “Who do you know?” but “What can you help a company do?”
A useful venture network can be described in verbs: review, introduce, hire, pilot, build, finance, teach, challenge, and follow through.
We will ask each participant what they can concretely teach or provide, in which sectors and regions, and with what availability. Founder information will not be circulated broadly without permission.

How we match
Every introduction has a defined reason, an owner, and a follow-up. We track whether it leads to real activity—not simply how many connections were made.
Conflicts and compensation
Mentor, investor, referral, and professional-service relationships may create conflicts or commercial interests. We disclose relevant interests and any referral compensation before an introduction or engagement proceeds.
